    Not one to be complacent, Logarajah has since ventured into the business arena. Apart from organizing and executing caterings on a mammoth scale, he also supplies produce to a number of our local hotels.
    Logarajah also operates a budget hotel in Chinatown, several properties, Alexis café, the Viking cafeteria at VOLVO Malaysia and the increasingly sought after D’Kayangan BBQ Grill & Steamboat Restaurant at Shah Alam which has been featured on Jalan-jalan Cari Makan.
    Logarajah aspires to be a role model and hopes his success and achievements will motivate young individuals in the F&B industry.
Logarajah’s passion in the culinary arts began at an early age. His mother, realizing his interest in cooking, constantly encouraged him to assist her in the kitchen. At High School, Logarajah found himself spending recess and any spare time in the canteen helping its food operators prepare and cook their dishes. Such was the faith they had in his cooking skills that he was even permitted to experiment with new flavours and recipes.
This was only the beginning. Logarajah’s passion and tremendous experience in F&B (food and beverage) saw him holding the much coveted senior F&B positions with the Merlin Group of hotels, the Regent Hotel, Bankers Club and the Shangri-La where he was appointed Chef De Cuisine for Lafite, an extremely popular French 5 star fine-dining restaurant before being handpicked to become the Director of F&B at the Palace of the Golden Horses.
